What is more challenging working in Government Agencies or working in Private Company?

I've have worked for government agency before. I worked there for six years,but the problem is that they always hire people for project based contract.What do you think about working for private companies

I have never really experienced working on both sectors. But I've heard that working in the government is more stable than working in a private company.

In my country, some government agencies are not organized. I had worked with some of them before.

Depends on govt department. Basically its business, whether by govt. or private.

You get higher pay when you work in the private sector.
