I wanted to be a lawyer. I took some law courses but couldn't continue because of finances and being a young mother.
As time went on, I didn't have time to go back to finish that dream but another took over in the process anyway! lol
Being a good mom and raising good kids stepped in. And now that they are grown and my dream realized, another is in place.
I love animals. I am involved in rescue and own a dog boarding/grooming facility!!!

I'm so glad you're successful in a business you love!
I always wanted to be a writer but I flitted from one thing to another in my youth. After wasting quite a few unproductive (but interesting) years I became a mother of two sons and was blessed to stay home with them as they grew. It was the most rewarding career I ever could have undertaken. They are adults now and one of my sons is doing very well and is happy. The other is a troubled addict but not from lack of love.
Fast forward a few years and here I am, a writer. Not as I'd envisioned but a writer nonetheless. Whatever you are interested in, chances are you've read some of my writing on various websites and blogs. I don't make a living at it but it certainly helps pay the bills and I enjoy it for the most part.
