Bad fastfood habit?

Malaysia

Last night, me and my family went to KFC for dinner. We bought the food and got seated. But then I notice the group seating beside our table keep stealing glances at me. I don't think I did anything wrong, but their action unnerves me. Went we got back in the car, I told my parent of their action. My dad said he noticed it too. And he said they start eyeing me when I mix my mashed potato with coleslaw and chilli sauce. So what? I like eating them like that. I paid for it. I don't think there's nothing wrong with that. What do you think of this situation? Do you have any fastfood habit that might be viewed as such?

I did ignore them and finish my food. But their action make me curious. By my dish, do you mean the KFC? Well, I ordered dinner plate. There's three piece of chicken, I eat them dipped in chilli sauce. They put the mashed potato and coleslaw side by side beside the chicken. So I simply took the spoon, mix both pile, and add a spoonfull chilli sauce on the mixture and eat it. It taste creamy, salty, sweet, sour and spicy all at the same time.

I find when people do things like that to be very creapy. As for the way you eat your food it is none of their buziness or anybody elses. I have one weird food habit I like to dip my french fries in mayonaise I started it when I was pregnant with my daughter and just kind of continued it.

Right. They creep me up. French fries and mayo? No, that is not weird. My mom enjoy that too. Maybe it's mommy thing? If we are talking French Fries, my sister love dipping her fries in ice-cream. That salty and sweet combination is divine, or so she said.

It is not that weird. I think it is up to you how you enjoy your food as long as you do not disgust other people.

@shaqziad1610 That's none of their concern. KFC is a finger fast food restaurant , and as long as you pay, I don't know what their problem is, maybe they had no negative intentions? Anyway, it's not like an official dinner event or something like that. Why would they bother?

I don't know what their intention is. I don't bother to ask and make a scene of it. You are right. It is just me eating my meal. I bought my food, and I believe I behave myself according to proper table ettique.

There is nothing wrong with the way you choose to eat your food, they should not stare. I hope you enjoyed your food. I love KFC! :)

Some people are use rude and stare at others when it is really now of their business.
• Malaysia

Yeah. Staring at people is rude. Especially when there's really nothing to look at. It is just a person eating her dinner. That is all.

@Happy2BeMe Haha. Maybe I should stare back when they did that so they can feel what I feel

@shaqziad1610 that is true. I am sure they wouldn't like people staring at them when they are eating.
