Look at this! Our younger son is as handy as his dad, my precious husband.
He made this birthday gift for his fiancée's little cousin, Rafaella, who just had her first birthday. She is better known as Rae, or Rae-Rae.
He has made similar cute wood projects for both my grandchildren.
I hope he will find the time to make cute things for his own children when the time comes, of course!

That surely is adorable, I love it. I think many men find woodworking relaxing and it allows them a creative outlet, sort of a man's version of knitting or crocheting.

Wow, that is quite the nice craft project there! Good job by your son! My daughter just made a wood craft project, so maybe I will post about it too! I see Jennifer also posted a discussion about her sister's craft works! Maybe that's the theme of the day!
Hope you are doing well! Have you gotten re-acclimated to life up north again?
Did you celebrate Passover?

Thank you! He amazes us. Yes, Jennifer posted and you should as well. Make sure you post a photo!
Yes, we are finally settled in. There was a lot to do. Have a water pipe problem, so they are coming tomorrow. Never a dull moment with us.
Yes, and spent Passover with the kids on the second night. Thank you. Hope you had a lovely Easter.

@DianneN Although I tried to re-size it a hundred different ways, I could not get the photo to load. And without the photo, it wasn't worth posting about. I can never figure out this myLot photo thing. Half my pictures from my smartphone will load no problem, half of them won't. And the funny thing is, I don't ever change anything when I take photos with my phone. It's just point and shoot. So if I'm never changing the settings, then how come half my photos won't load to myLot? haha

@moffittjc I totally understand. I have never had problems sending untouched photos to Facebook or to friends and family. Here, I only use my iPad and have to edit slightly, every single photo. Sick! So sorry you couldn't get a photo on here. I would have loved to see her work.

That is nice work! These types of wood workings are sold for big bucks around here.

That's so cute! Especially for a man to make- they usually don't have the artistic skills to go with woodworking (whereas I can paint but can't do woodworking well). She's a lucky little girl.
