Every one in the world have problems. Problems are meant to be solved, it s hard to solve coz it s a problem. There are people who have more problems than you do. So rather than thinking pessimistic be optimistic. Be happy that you got a problem and wise enough to solve a problem. It teaches you many lessons than the one you learn in schools and colleges.

To be honest I'm not a very optimistic person . But at least I still get my things done and not be pessimistic all the time. Being optimistic definitely helps on a lot of things in life, so I'll try to do it more often. Thanks for the reminder

I have depression and schizophrenia and these two troubles me for many years already. With medication, I can go on with my life, but still there are interruptions here and there. Sometimes I really feel insane but I take a deep breath and told myself I have commitments I have to hold on until my very last breath. I need to survive not because I want to because I need to. My parents are old enough to retire but because of me they can't so I must do my job as a daughter. To work and earn money to support my medicines and give them money. Their support to me is endlessly love. I am sorry mom and dad and brother.

Overcoming problems actually help us to become wiser. Experience gives us wisdom and we can't easily have that without any problems. Problems gives us strength as long as we know how to handle it.
