Baby or Carrer

I have not worked for nearly a year after my baby girl was born. Frankly I was suffering both happiness for raising a baby and mental&physical exaustion. I do not know what to do now? My baby needs me and I cannot just leave her for work, but I also want to make more money for her growing up. Am I the only one who was in the dilemma between choosing to take care of baby and going to work?

What a lovely baby, I think it's either you ask help from relatives or choose a home based career. I wish both of you luck in whatever choice you make.

I don't think you are alone on this one. I know a lot of mothers who gave up their career for their babies and sometimes they want to get back to work. They wait until the baby is old enough to be left at a day care center before going back to work.
In my case, i didn't have that dilemma since I had a full time nanny to take care of my baby when I was away.
