I just find that I am not patient, when I am reading long articles, I often jump over a line or two in rapid reading, I usually only read the first 1 or 2 sentences.
So probably I can not understand what the contents exactly.
Will you read long articles very carefully?

If the subject is interesting, I will read.
if the subject is educational, I will probably read through at least twice to make sure that I understand.
If you check out Mr Money Mustache blog, you will see that his blog posts are very lengthy.
I love to read the real stories of how people simplify their lives, and save enough to retire early.

Most of the people do this. This is not a health issue. Ah..ah..ah.. If you think it is waste of time to read those lines just skip them. Nothing is going to affect your comprehension.

Long articles are not reader friendly. The modern trend is for shorter paragraphs consisting of 2 or 3 sentences.
