Do i need help blind man?

I was sitting in a big room for a rest in my work place during the lunch time .I found a few people over there. A lady read newspaper , a man eat lunch sit next the table.When the man finished his lunch and stood up with a long stick in his hand.I knew he was a blind tall man .He tried to throw rubbish,but he could not found the trash can, so he was difficult to touch it use his stick .I wanted to help him .A lady next him standing in front him talking to and helped him.When the blind man wanted to leave this building.The lady helped the man went to the right places.I was so appreciate her. I waved my hand to the lady.She waved me with smiles.
