We lost our little puppy pal this year so we dont have any pets. The kids have a tank of sea monkeys but they dont really count. We are waiting until we get to our next home. Right now we are renting and so we dont have a lot of say in our house. We will be building a new house soon and there we will go back to having chickens. Im sure we will also have a few other animals. We love animals here. What kind of animals do you have in your life?

I just started a discussion about this as well lol. At the moment I have a small farm living in my own living space. My family has a tradition where all of the children get a baby chick. as we live in the city we can not keep them after they have grown. I keep our chicks for a few weeks till they are ready to be transported to my friends farm in the country. It kind of gives us the best of both worlds because this way I am able to provide my children a learning opportunity they would otherwise not receive in the city we live. It also gives us an excuse ( like we really need one) to go out to my friends farm and visit. Not only does she also teach the children about the other animals living on her farm that we do not see in the city we get free eggs as we supply her with four new chickens every year. She adds her own of course. The other two animals that share my living space at the moment consist of a fluffy bunny who enjoys chewing on tennis shoes and paper. and a fluffy white cat who is somehow under the impression he owns the house. I have previously owned a 5 foot long ball python whom we had to get rid of because our land lord was afraid to step foot into our home, A one year old husky whom was an escape artist, and a pit pull who unfortunately passed away do to health complications when he was born. My husband has told me I need to write a book or open a pet store.

We have one dog that is a handful at the best of times. He gets ear problems a lot so I have to stay with him as he suffers from dizzy spells or something like that. They are still trying to find out what is wrong with him. So sorry that you lost your Puppy last year although Chickens are a good thing to have and the Eggs they give are fantastic. Hope you get all the Animals you want.

oh wow. Sorry for the loss of your puppy. I feel your pain. Hope you can get a new home and plenty of chickens to feed in their coop someday. Right now I have one senior adult male cat who's very bossy and needy these days.

Two dogs, a bird, and three fish tanks, We used to have four horses but we had to put two of them down and we sold the other two because they weren't getting the amount of attention they needed anymore since I moved away to college and my dad works a lot more now since he has to help me pay for college and my mom hasn't been able to do much with them since her surgery a few years ago.
