There's a lot of people who continue to live in their comfort zone and they're just too afraid of taking risks. Taking certain risks can be quite scary but there has to be some risks involved. Fear is the number one reason why so many people allow opportunities to slide on by. Too afraid of failure. Not trying is failing. The need "to be self confident is very important." It's understandable why so many may be afraid to take risks. Some risks can involve drastic changes. A lot of people have difficulties "adapting to changes." In order to avoid any change. They'll settle for less. If any person wants more out of life then they'll have to be willing to take risks here and there. The challenges may not feel good at first but taking certain risks are well worth going through any hardships. It's the end results which matter. Self talk is helpful. Self talk doesn't mean one is losing their mind. It's a great way to build confidence. It's better to advanced and avoid being in the same position without any elevating. Of course not all risk taking will involve "success." One may never know if they're unwilling to try. Making even the smallest attempts can help achieve a dream. There has to be a decision to go for whatever goals one is trying to reach or to just settle for the bottom. "Confidence is Important and Without it. It's Difficult to Achieve." By: Tanikka Paulk

I think some people are confident enough to take the risk.

Stepping out of your comfort zone isn't easy at all. It's a a risk not everyone is willing to take. Risk that would somehow bring more fear, than confidence. But I guess, regardless of the decision you make, the more difficult the situation is, the risky it is...at the end the greater confidence you'll gain. It's not how big or small the problem is, but how you overcome the issue.

I think risk takers are always the successful ones because they are not afraid of they are, they think of it as calculated risks. Only those who are not afraid of change have better chances in life because they are willing to welcome new opportunities.
