Bringing Work in your Bedroom

I now work from home and do actually have a small space in the house which I call my office. There are nights when I want to bring my laptop in our room and work there. However, I read one article that this is not a good idea because you will find it difficult to separate your bedroom from work.
Any thoughts ?

I understand what you mean. When I was still single, I also did not bother whether I have the laptop in the bedroom or not but now, I have to consider my husband and be conscious not to take any work inside the bedroom.

I feel that if you work from home, there should be a separate place for work and it should not be done while sitting in your bed room.

@funkeyguhl If you are able to control your urge regarding not bringing your laptop in your bedroom, then I would say that it is wise decision.

@dpk262006 thanks! I try not to because if that happens, my husband won't speak to me ever

that is true. I do have a separate place for work and I try my best not to bring my laptop to our bedroom unless we will be watching movies on it!
Though there are times when I want to be in my bed and work on my laptop but I try to shake off that idea and continue work in my small office.

I used to bring the laptop into the bedroom, but I don't do it anymore.
