sleeping time..studying time

Do you read till midnight for an exam you have the next day? I know most people do this, some students will set a whole week; no rest no sleep only to read, expecting a better result however, this is not the gateway to excellence, excellence is a function of a quality time you read... how do you ensure your children keep a healthy studying culture? a culture that is not detrimental to their performance? should they withdraw from PE to keep track of their studies or should they do both....

getting enough sleep helps our brain cells into retaining things that we see, and read.

I was never a brilliant student. But I made it a point to rise early in the morning before exams to revise what I had studied. So mush more productive than burning the midnight oil.

that is great.sleeping early and waking early is very instrumental. Moreso, in the morning, you realize you remember much of what you learned in the night

I think it's bad if you sacrifice your sleeping time. I know I've tried and it only made me forget what I've been studying.

very true, give sleeping time its time and your brain won't fail you. this insight should be taught to students and older people as well. very important

It is not good to read sitting late nights. It. is enough to memorize the things you read

I think there should be a balance - because both are important.
