Can you sleep without a pillow?

I have my own special pillow that I carry with me on over-night trips. Nothing expensive, it's just what I like.

@Linda1234 I'm not sure about that one. I think no pillow is as bad as a pillow that's too firm and thick.

I have many times, though I am very used to sleeping with a pillow.
It is apparent however, that I can sleep on the ground because my bed is so uncomfortable.

@TheInvisibleMan I just find it is not comfortable to sleep without a pillow. I need to have my head elevated.

Depends on my mood. Most of the time with but sometimes it really bothers my neck

Mom always suggests to sleep without pillow to avoid having hunchback posture. You cannot tell that she has osteoporosis because of her good posture. I cannot sleep without a pillow , If I do I will have back ache. Instead, I use memory pillow.It gives me a better next and back support.

I kind of belong to both. I like pillow to be there when I sleep but I can also manage without it. Its not very necessary. I can use my hands as pillows
