Brushing ....how many times?

Well when i was a child my mother trained both of we sisters brushing twice so i have a habbit of brushing twice before going to bed and in the morning.i have passed this legacy to my daughters . Hubby also have the habbit of brushing after meals.how many times you brush your teeth.

I think many people use to brush twice a day . I like brush three times after the three main meals a day .The other time I eat less foods or just eat fruits .

Usually after coffee in the morning and before bed at night.

my teeth are quite fragile so i should never miss brushing my teeth
