I bought ice apples today. They are very good for health in summer. Ice apples are known as palm fruits or "Thatti munjulu" in our language. They are available only during summer time ,it cools our body and full of nutrients.
Do you like ice apples? what are they called in your native language?

Well, apples is good for diet and has a lot of fiber. We call it "mansanas" in Filipino.

I think this is not an apple per se. It is different from mansanas. I have seen this fruit before but can't remenber the name, definitely not mansanas.
