Are the girls more afraid than boys?

Are the girls more afraid than boys? I have noticed most of the girls wanted to avoid maths in my school & college; even me too afraid of maths. What do you think about this? Is this fact?

Here also girls generally hate studying maths.However there are exceptions.My younger sister along with a couple of her friends has taken maths as one of their subjects.The three girls are doing quite well.

My sister is good in Math. But I think it is equally shared of sentiments about Math.

I don't think all girls are afraid of Maths. There are some boys also who are afraid of Maths.

I think it is not on the gender but on one's personality and upbringing.
