Mindfulness is something that many people feel is beneficial for their life. Over the last couple of years I have not been able to focus on being mindful. Life has truly been distracting for me. Have you used mindfulness to benefit your life and the life of your family? I'm setting goals to focus more on mindfulness this summer and I hope to find more peace and calmness in my life.

This post caught my eye because "Mindfulness" was discussed in our company meeting this morning. After reading this I realize that I may be experiencing similar things within my life. I say this because, like you, I am distracted by everyday life. Stick to your goals and don't give up. You will find peace.

@michelleferreira It is great that your company had a meeting consisting of mindfulness. I think that it is an asset for companies to talk about this as it benefits the whole company. In today's day and age with technology and the seemingly endless amount of things to do life is very distracting. Thank you! I will continue to work at my goals and find peace in my life.

@stephenray It is funny the way you put it. I will continue to work on this. I have noticed it is necessary for me to concentrate and focus on this. I will share more as I continue to learn.

@shavkat I agree with you. I have been trying to narrow in on the goals that I want to achieve in like the next year and then work regularly to prioritize the activities weekly that will help me to get to those goals.

@katherinerose123 There is no harm in doing one-step at a time principle. We can able to achieve one's goal despite the distractions.

Its beautiful idea mind must be occupied with good thoughts so set goals then practice to achieve it no matter the difficulty it offers to you

@devd Thank you! I appreciate that. I've been working at setting SMART goals that are measurable as well as reasonable. I have found it helpful to work on goals that I have set a timeline for and it helps me to be more productive.
