Use your free time to start writing and publishing. If you can't convince people through declaration of intent, you have to prove your ability to them through action. So, start writing your fantasy on the side and try to publish it before you are cemented into the role they want you to be in.
Since I am an author, I'll tell you that it isn't the easiest place to earn a living. Even I have a main job while I increase my back list. However, it's something I have wanted to do for over a decade, and I only just recently got into.
Where do you want to publish?

@MetsChewang Just to let you know, a writer doesn't 'try writing' and decide it's for them. They write and know that they love writing. Since I was educated to be in the sciences, I had to at least try those paths before switching over. In between I kept writing and practicing my style through fanfiction stories. I experimented with boundaries and limits on the art of writing, and even wrote stories I would never read for myself. Had I known how to do cover art way back then, I would have gotten into it faster, but I had to wait and learn the craft.
They say over on Amazon's writers forum that anyone serious about becoming an author will have put in 10,000 hours on preparation and learning before they are truly ready. Now, that's just a generic number that they just throw out there, but it's a good measure to your commitment level. How many hours can you say you've covered?
If you want practice and feedback, you can try to write small stories and publish it here on myLot and see what people think. I have.

I just want to be productive and be able to do things, basic things.
I had already had my profession of hairdressing so I do not want another one.

I want to be alot of things.
Now I just need to be a better person.
You can be an office employee as well as a fantasy writer. It's always good to have more than 1 job. Goodluck with your future and decision.

That's cool @MetsChewang. at least u have a hobby, an interest, i don't have any. I used to code when i was 15-16 but didn't learned much. In my country(india) having a passion is important to be accepted by society, a single entrance exam here destroys passions, dreams etc

When I was a kid I was constantly told that a steady job was the most important thing .I was laughed out of the careers office when I said I wanted to do something creative. They wanted to throw us all as cannon fodder for the catering, retail or office environments that pretty much summed up most of the employment opportunities in our town.
My dream was to be a photographer, a writer or a musician. Years later I've now started to build up my photography business part time but still not enough to be able to leave my day job yet. I play in a band although we'll never be famous and earn very little I love doing it. Technology means my dyslexia is no longer a barrier to writing so I've started writing articles as well.
Follow your dreams there will always be office jobs to pay your bills but there's nothing to stop you trying to do what you really want to. Maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones that make it or maybe you'll fail but you'll never know unless you try.
Take a chance on everything you want to do in life it's better to regret the things you've done than to wonder what could've been.
