Any hunters out there. Do you purchase your meat in the store or do you hunt your own and grind it yourself?

As it is I dont eat a vast amount of meat, but theres no way that I can eat anything that I have actually prepared myself! i know this because ive tried it with poultry..and once ive plucked it and gutted it...if it was a duck ..singed it..then its cooked and time to pop onto the plates..but theres no way I can ever eat it...now this may seem daft..but if ive had no dealings with the meat then that seems to be ok...but if ive had an association with it before it gets onto the plate then it just makes me think ughhhh. But then again if things were different and we had to do it to survive I would probably think very differently, either that or I would starve.

I feel pretty strongly that if you choose to eat meat then you should be prepared to kill it yourself. On the other hand, I find just removing the giblets from a frozen chicken utterly nauseating so I can understand why people don't!
