There's a lot of negativity around and it's very important to find positive ways in order to be in good spirits. There's a lot of positive activities to engage in. "Listening to music is a way to just relax and clear the thoughts." Some environments are very chaotic and it's important to relieve the stress which can be generated by being exposed to such environments. Taking walks or just observing the sights are a great way to feel better. There's a lot of activities which will help decrease the stress level and allow more functionality. Getting some fresh air is necessary. Another great way to relax is to listen to sounds of chirping birds. The sounds are so soothing. Reading is another way to "be in calmness." Finding a good book and just engaging in the stories will create relaxation. There's a loot of motivational and inspirational material that allows "peacefulness." With so many issues which so many will have to deal with there has to be a way to release some of the negatives. Taking time to engage in positive thinking will help with mental stability. Having too much pressure will cause a meltdown. So therefore it's important to find ways to stay mentally healthy. "Be at Peace. Finding Positive Ways to Peacefulness is the Road Towards Better Living and Better Health." BY: Tanikka Paulk

I am not much of a gardener, but have found that gardening helps me to relax. And I hate gardening!

I lost my phone a month ago and not having it has been such a blessing. I've found so much more time to do things that make me happy.
