DOes anyone know what Wii stands for?

it isnt intitials or anything. wii means "we" because the game is intended for everybody young old male or female and it is also intended for multiplayer fun so they named it wii(we)

All I can say is it is the New Nintendo game system. not sure what the exact meaning of Wii is but the system is just as good as the PS3 and the controller is wireless. which sounds like fun.
