Emotional.

I'm just wanted to log in and express myself. I'm feeling very emotional. Have been for a few days. I'm just missing my boyfriend. He's been gone for 8 days tomorrow. And he's coming home the day after tomorrow. It was suppose to be tomorrow and only about 1-1.5 hours ago I learned something came up and it'll have to be the next day.. i miss him so much and crying and cigarettes are the only ways I can cope. I hate it because I don't like smoking many cigarettes through the days.. but this is getting so stressful.. How do you guys cope with stressful/emotional times in your life?

Stress, emotions are quite nature of humans.. Everybody come across such a situation nowadays .. Keep calm & think twice or thrice will get remedy ..

It can be hard when you miss someone. I find that sometimes, it's just best to try and stay busy. If you miss, find things to do and try and keep your mind off him. Sometimes, that helps me.

I can understand your situation , but smoking isn't the solution. You can be in contact with him through watsapp or facebook., relax take time , go out for a while you will feel better.

His phone is destroyed and the only way ATM is on an Xbox, on Facebook, which he does every night. Or he at least tries, but my phone isn't messed up too, so every time he messages, it'll tell me like 20 minutes later and he's already offline.

I have several hobbies so I don't take the time to sit and cry when I am emotional. I do understand that we deal with our emotions in different ways but there are things you can do. There are so many out there who need a helpng hand and I feel much better when i am helping someone else rather than feeling sorry for myself. Hope you feel better soon.
