I love having pets that are out of the usual. I have 2 leopard geckos and 2 bearded dragons...and a dog, but she is far from usual. What kind of unusual pets do you own or would like to own?

Very cute Gecko. I have at present 15 cats and 4 dogs. Although I have in the past had over 50 hamsters at one time - I also had a few fish tanks and bred some live bearing fish. I had a couple of parakeets when I was a child. my mom let me get one when I proved I could take care of a bird after I rescued a hurt Pigeon and released him after his wing mended and it was so cool watching his feathers grow back.. We just recently rescued and rehabilitated an injured crow that we found that couldn't fly (but nothing appeared broken) .. he/she was happy to finally leave.

thats awesome i would love to have some cats but I have terrible allergies. Im allergic to anything with fur basically lol hence the reptiles

@Yasmeena aw, that sucks. I know.. I have allergies too. my first kitten when I was like 7 or 8 I had to give to my grandma (who lived on a farm) because of allergies.. After that my mom got me allergy shots to build up my immunity. Eventually I found a kitten I wasn't allergic too - she had better fur I guess. And since then I have built up my own immunity.. I am still a sufferer of allergies but not as bad- sometimes it affects my asthma.. But I don't care. I would rather have the animals.. It's cool that you like the reptiles.. I not big on them myself. I guess I would have been stuck with fish. lol
