A Party In The Neighbourhood.

Today my neighbors are dropping a big party. They just moved in the other day, and today was their house warming party. The noises are can be heard from far. They must have drunk too much. I dont know how long is gonna take, but I think it is till late hours. I dont know how will get some sleep today.

We even dont know each other. They seems to be very unsociable. I dont know whether they'll make good neighbors.

Is there no noise control officer in your place to regulate or remind people when they are getting too noisy and disturbing the peace of other people especially during night time?
