Follow the advice of @JolietJake, you can use bottles full of water, they are about 3 pounds, it's good for a start.

Does it matter if you are otherwise slim but you feel that your arms are heavy?

@ShifaLk What stops you from wearing short sleeves? You could wear short sleeves or without sleeves, whatever you feel like. No need to worry, what others are going to say on your dress. You wear a cloth for your own comfort and pleasure, not for pleasing others.

I would say push ups or isometric exercise where you push hard with fists together straight out from your chest to hold the upper arm for a few minutes and pump to firm it.
There are also YouTube videos that show isometrics.

@Eliziaknows hahaha yes , when we are fat , our body is lazy to move, so we can't do exercise..
And when we are slim then we are lazy because we think that we do not need exercise that much hahaha

@ShifaLk haha, me to! I have quite a busy lifestyle so I don't even have the time! I just do squats and walk press sit ups at home - use weights and after time you can start using heavier ones :)
