We enjoy red bean cake too.
Our 'breakfast' varies and us and it is at 3 PM. Typically fruit is all we have for our first meal.

I meant to say that my favourite breakfast is yogurt with fruit (fresh or dried.) I sometimes add a bit of granola or some whole wheat toast. If I don't have that, I either eat eggs or leftovers from supper.

The red bean cakes look good! I've never tried that. Are they made with adzuki bean, or is it something else?
