Would you rather use the elevator or the stairs?

The convenience would lead me to choose the elevator obviously, but most of the time I prefer the stairs (with the exception of buildings with endless floors, of course ) because I like to always be doing some kind of physical activity.
Elevator or Stairs for you?

I usually like the stairs as elevators can get stuck also and I don't like being enclosed anyway.

I prefer to use the stairs since I have always had a fear of elevators breaking down from time to time. The only way I use an elevator would be if I had to use one for a long ride.

Depends on how many stories. Usually I use stairs which is good exercise.

I prefer to take the stairs going down. Because of my asthma, however, I cannot walk more than a flight of stairs going up (if that!), so I have to take the elevator up.

Your question is an interesting one. I would PREFER to use the stairs. However, since I use a walker, I cannot and am forced to take the elevator. But, since I've been doing my water aerobics, things are improving so it's possible I will be able to take to the stairs again one day soon!

The stairs. Most of the time they are quicker and aren't full of people.
