Do you like exercise? How did you make it a habit?

Doing some workouts, like running, walking , yaga or something else, makes me felt good. Totally, I felt great after exercise, but sometimes it is a little difficult for me to strat. As I kinda of tired or lazy and do not wanna to go to the gym or outdoor. That is too bad.I went to the gym regularly six times a week and there's 2 or 3 days I forced myself to go.I felt really awesome after being sweating and panting.I can say I like the physical state after exercising, but I do really struggle to keep that.I hope I can develop this to a habit like washing face and brushing teeth everyday.
What about you?Do you ever struggle in order to cultivate a good habit or something else?

Not everyday, with my uric acid problem I need to set time for three times a week. Not to mention diet, unfortunately I suck at being consistent.

I like exercise. But I wish I liked it more and exercised more often. The older I get the slower I get.

Yes, I've been struggling to get back on a regular walking program. I've done it in the past and I really enjoyed it. I really don't have any excuses now for delaying it.
I've read that it takes about 30 days of doing the same thing consistently to develop a habit. I just can't seem to make it even a few days.
But your discussion and all the comments are motivational! Thank you.

Janice, first of all, kudos for trying to develop an exercising habit!
As for me,I've started going to the gym after some time...And yes,it has been something of a struggle to make it a habit.
But then I focus on an end-goal,which in my case I want to lose weight, and that thought drives me to do the damn workout...And the feeling after that, just pure bliss!!
