I didn't go to my yoga class today, I wasn't feeling very good. So I slept till 10 AM and after that I got a call from my college and they told me that our 4th semester comprehensive viva has been scheduled on 27th may. I was really shocked. I didn't study anything..
I studied for couple of hours and got really bored. So I decided to make mango dreamsicle icecream. I served it in homemade icecream cones. It turned out perfectly.
Everybody loved it and I was very happy with the result. I'm hoping to make some more this summer. The best part about homemade icecream is it can be made without machines and we can create any flavour we want.
Have you tried to make homemade icecream?

I did not try mango yet, I made kulfi, and vanilla flavors.. picture is really nice, hope it turned out awesome

i read below that you used whipped cream, condensed milk and mango pulp to make the ice cream. how did you make the ice cream cone?

Just some refined flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, vanilla essence, butter and milk as required to form a batter. You can use egg whites instead of baking powder.

Oh I did tried to make homemade ice cream but I still love trying out different style of ice cream like spaghetti ice cream
