I knew I was going to get sick. I know myself well enough to know that a lot of stress followed by big depression often leads to getting sick somehow. So today has been a day of taking care of me. I stayed in bed well past noon. Because my stomach is so upset, I'm not eating much but I'm keeping hydrated. And I got a very cool delivery today. I've added a photo so you can get an idea of it. It's a shawl and it's huge! It has kitties all over it. The front is navy and white and the reverse side is blue and red. It's going to be wonderful in the cold weather to wrap up in at home and use inside my jacket (which is red). The interesting part is that it was not only made in China but they shipped it from China to me here. I was skeptical at first. I've heard so many stories about products online, especially from overseas, being ripoffs. But not only did their customer service help me along the way with tracking it (it took almost a month to arrive), but when it did arrive, it was wrapped SO beautifully! The outside was just like a plastic bag with the label on it. But inside of that, the shawl was wrapped in tissue paper and then in another beautiful paper, tied with string, along with a white feather, a cat sticker that I can use and a thank you note. That was all wrapped in a ziploc plastic bag! They took such great care to make sure it would arrive safely! I would definitely buy from them again. Tonight I'm sipping some light lemonade. I'm trying to finish this book so I can go on to something else. I love the story but the book is so big that I'm beginning to get tired of it. I guess there can be too much of a good thing! Claudia
