Respect is a must

Respect is a very important value to carry always and all the times in order to gain good relationship to other people. Respecting the right of other people, to listen to their opinions,ideas and beliefs will be more effective in gaining good relationship to others. Even in our own home, as to our children or to our parents. We must have time to listen to their ideas, that is one way of respecting their rights. If only all individuals know how to respect, I'm pretty sure that we can live happily and productively. Our way to respect others, is by treating them naturally and politely and more decent. And I'm sure this will lead to a better interpersonal relatives in a field of work or any areas.
How about you? Are you respecting your fellows, or are you respected by your fellows?

I believe that a respect is not a must but should be given to a person who deserves it..Yes..for me a respect can not be asked or demanded for but earned. I believe that when you respect someone the reason should not be because it must be but because that person is a good example and had influenced a lot of people to be good..It feels good if someone respected you because they think you are a good person to be respected

And for that I respect you, because you deserve it, yes exactly that's right but maybe not at all times, we might think that that person doesn't deserve our respect just because of her physical appearance and the way she or he talks, the way he moves the way he handles things, and if we think he or she is not kind just because of that, we won't respect him anymore, no for me it's not that. We don't yet know his inside. We should not judge the book by it's cover, respect for me is a must, do unto others what others want you to do. This is just my opinion :)
