In a certain field of work, when problems arise in different situation, we have to remain calm. First in ourselves. We must try to understand his or her side. If ever the conflict is between you and to a certain co worker, try to be open to him or her, talk with him in a nice manner and open our ears to listen to his or her point of view. We must show a very constructive discussion so that conflict will be solve and we can work together in a god sense. We don't reject the opinion of other people. We must make helpful comments or suggestions, then try to find a point of agreement. We don't need to bring the conflict into a bigger situation, it should be settle as soon as possible How about you? Are you at peace with your co worker?

Sometimes there are conflicts at work because of one person. That one person should either knock it off or be fired. One person can cause a lot of problems.

Yes, sometimes only one person is the root of the big problem, maybe there's a problem with his or her personality

Don't you love it when "that person" is actually the boss? It happened to my in my previous job and I ended up quitting. You can't fight the system

@VyckyT ooh That's difficult, I reckon that's normal for the boss? Coz he is the boss but we should treat each other fairly, even if you're a boss or just a normal and and innocent one.

I have a partner in the work that sometimes we argue, we solve this conversation between us and if necessary turn to a third party

@jnesperos I meant that we were turning to the opinion of a third person to mediate between us in the debate, ?ut it's rare that it happens

It's nice to solve your problem earlier and never let it bigger. And what do you mean about third party?

I just ignore them. I don't work in a company to entertain them. I am there for work.

For me you should hang out with them, you should express yourself, and have a lil chat with them every day,i guess that'll help

When I'm at work I tend to be by myself...but I'm happy to chat with others and help out any way I can... If there is a problem and it's not big, I will keep quiet... I'm lucky that no one really bothers me yet..

@jnesperos I remember there was a time this person talk behind my back about something I did. It was ok if she only said it one time, but she went around saying it to every one and then another person came asking me about it. I confronted her with another person as the witness... she denied.

@atoz1to10 oh I think she wants you to be fired? Or somethiNg,coz one thing I'm sure, she's just jealous and can't accept the fact that you're better than her, that's normal, you'll have to stick what's right and say the truth, thats all I can say

I like the way you handle that issue but if something bothers you,you should tell hor her so that she or he could somehow be aware of what he or she'd done

I'm at peace with myself and it follows that I'm almost at peace with anyone around me.

But if your co-worker doesn't want to see your point of view, then screw that guy. Maybe the problem is not with you, but with your co-worker instead.

My work place is very horrible because of my partner, who always wants to be at the top. And for this she plays some tricks in which others get trapped. Workplace politics is very difficult to handle....

Oh I hope you two would overcome this problem sooner. Competition will always be part in academic matters in schools and also in any work at office, we can't deny the fact that there are still people who possess crab mentality, am i right?

@Margaret29 yes sometimes we just have to ignore people's rubbish attitude and just go with the flow, we're not working to please them, right?
