Though eating healthy is difficult, its really worth it.One looses many pounds just eating healthy ,even when no work out is involved.

Eat healthy foods like fruits ,vegetables, milk ,egg.Avoid fatty foods, oil ,sweets, .Its also necessary for us to burn the calories we intake.. Also we have to do exercises so that fat does not accumulate in our body.

Eating healthily doesn't have to be difficult but, yes, it can be done without necessarily doing exercise. In fact, I found that the best way for me. Losing weight first, then starting exercise when it wasn't painful any more.

@Belarosa people say that walking is a great form of exercise. While I don't disagree, I used to walk for miles on a regular basis. It wasn't until I changed my eating habits that I actually lost any weight. I managed to lose around 3 stone before I was a regular at the gym. I couldn't keep up the membership but I have still managed to lose another 3 stone. Not even dieting, simply having alternatives, cooking in different ways and being more aware of what's in my meals. Some people thinks it's all about simply eating less but I eat more than I used to! Then being on a diet seems like a chore and there are assumptions that it's limiting. But making healthier choices doesn't mean denying yourself the things you enjoy.

@pumpkinjam yeah ,i have walked for so long and it never helped .Dieting really helps for your weight and health.Even when going to the gym ,dieting is also recommended.Yeah eating the junk food is good but not on a regular basis.

yeah you right there.Dieting helps though it may take time not like exercising.Yeah when you exercise after a bit of dieting one has lost some weight. That will be easier.

We have eaten healthy for years and no one here needs to lose weight. Maybe that is because we have eaten healthy foods for so long @Belarosa
