Have you ever bought something on the spur of the moment?
My husband shops much more than I do.
Our son told him that needed a new TV for his living room, so my husband, ever so helpful, met him at the store. The store was out of the model he wanted, but my husband loved the one in the photo. It's a K type curved 65 inch smart TV, whatever that means.
Our son now has our old 3D smart TV. And here is ours. My husband is very happy. I only like it because I can view it perfectly from anywhere I sit in the family room.

I've seen the curved tv's and thought they were okay, but seem a little spendy for anything I would want to spend on a TV. lol, but being able to see it from anywhere you sit is nice.

Yes, and later I wonder why I bought it. At least your TV is being enjoyed by all.

@infatuatedbby Thank you! It has storage cabinets on both sides, which is one of the reasons we bought it. Very hard to find them these days.

My husband is always on the prowl for a bigger, better tv. We have had our current tv for about 2 years. I expect him to try to talk me into a newer model come springtime.

@DianneN we only have one. It is in the living room. He wants to move this one to the bedroom and get a bigger, better, new fangled one for the living room.

@ElusiveButterfly That's men for you. I'm surprised they don't keep one in the bathroom, too. lol

I would think the curvature is helpful--the chair that I like to sit in is to the side enough that it distorts the picture on my tv--

Well that works out well! We might have done the same thing.. my hubby can spend a ton on electronics and video games. I spend a ton on clothes! My daughter is worse than I am.. OMG! I brought her to the thrift store over the weekend... she spent an hour picking out clothes, and I was done in about 15 minutes.. so I kept pushing her to hurry up. Finally she narrows it down to what she likes and looks at me and says "Now I have to shop for pants" I said nope... we're leaving NOW! I spent $80 and only got myself 2 things!!

@DianneN I love shopping for clothes, I just never find anything I like that much. I tried on a really cute top and showed it to my daughter and she said it was too out of style. I tried to argue with her because I thought it was adorable.. but then I asked another lady standing nearby and she agreed with my daughter, so I didn't buy it.

65" tv is quite large - almost like watching in a theatre. You struck a deal I must say (lol)
