Many people have been telling me to have coffee as this helps in relieving headaches. I have never tried this and have no idea if this really works. I love drinking coffee and will not mind taking it if this is for sure a remedy. Does drinking coffee really help in treating headaches? Well it is now time for me to enjoy my morning coffee. Have Good night/Good morning everyone

I dont think it is because I'm having a headache at the moment and drinking my (cold) coffee hasn't helped me at all..
Good morning to you from Australia...or should I say good afternoon to you...

It may help some. But not others. Just like chocolate helps me but hurts others.

I am not a coffee drinker but no harm in trying since you say you like coffee.

@Nawsheen people say that coffee will keep you awake. As for me, I fall asleep and drink coffee in between.

I have actually heard the opposite - that it gives you headaches. No effect on me.
