I made the right call after all

Last time I made a post about having thoughts about cancelling my appointment with the technicians with regards to my modem. I tried to call them but there's a que line for 15 minutes, so I gave up. But this morning I received from the technician and told me there was a problem within the phone cabinet line, it seemed loose. Nope, he didn't have to come over since he fixed that problem first. Glad I didn't cancel it. Thank you for those who gave me advice. I know it was a no brainer to decide about it but I knew there was a gut feeling.. You see, I didn't even realize there was another problem.

Yes, nowadays, they don't need to come to the house. The customer service will just tell you what to do. But if it is something technical when you tell them the problem and knows from it, they will send technician to your house. We experienced this before too. They changed our modem.

Hello @SIMPLYD Good for you. Unfortunately, the guy didn't bother to pay a visit and probably our modem is in working order. Not to mention, he's been our technician for years.
