Since I started to learn Yoga, while living in India, I didn`t have proper understanding of this practice. I was wondering, why people sitting still, breathing deeply, is it just for pure relaxation? Now seems I understand this better. It`s not only for peace of your mind and relaxation, it is for learning your true nature, revealing your secret powers and better concentration.
Do You meditate? Are You enjoying it?

I've never done that before, I think I'd try it. I heard it's an important tool in metaphysics, and it has some spiritual implications. is this true?

I don't do it everyday, only when I can find a class. Not sure I found the right way of doing it so I am still exploring this meditation thing as there are a lot of different types of meditation from what I learned. So far I tried 3 I think. Tomorrow I will try and see about a 4th one.
