First Day of Winter

Welcome to June – the transitional month from Fall to Winter down here… 
The weather has started to get accordingly cooler – never gets higher than low 20s Celcius (below 70F) and it gets to just a single digit Celcius (below 50F) at night time or early mornings for the week... 
As far as myLotting, I have another non-earning and trivial goal for this month. When I post this discussion, the number inside ( ) next to my username will turn to 21421. My goal is to add 1000 to that number in June. For some I’m sure it’s an easy task - I’ve seen very active members on here have a few hundred activities in just one day alone. But for me, 1000 activities in a month are above my average but reasonable enough goal for me to try to reach.
So, good luck to me and to everyone else with whatever goals you have! Have a Happy and Healthy June!

Do you ever get snow in winter? I've wondered about that.
Well, if you keep commenting on all your responses you should reach your goal. I don't track stuff like that so I haven't a clue if how much I gain or how much money is in my pot, it's that nice surprise in mid month if I made payout.

You will earn if your responses on other lotters discussions get commented on @sishy7 or if you comment on responses others have written on other lotters discussions. That's what I usually do, I do not post very often but I do respond and comment on interesting (to me) discussions.

not where I am... but there is snow up on the mountains of the higher parts of Australia...
Yeah, I'll probably do well on the days I'm starting a discussion in increasing my activity number, but some days I just read too much on here which does nothing to that number - I need to change that to reach my own goal.

@much2say I've increased it by only 200 since and it's nearly half way to the month... I think I'll be happy if I can end the month at 22k - which means an addition of 600 this month instead of 1000. Yeah, that's more likely to happen since I'll be busy for the rest of June too...

you can have christmas in july since it's winter down under. hehe. 1000 divided by 30 days is 33. nope, still too high for me. haha!

@ridingbet yeah, the old mylot had a different system, the activity number could only go up by a maximum of 2 points each discussion, unlike now where it adds by 1 each time we post a discussion, a response, or a comment.

@sishy7 maybe you were not so very active here before? 2012, i signed up for bubblews. then when the site stopped in 2015, i was still there, dedicated and committed to that even if i have so many redemption unpaid.

I don't have all the seasons, so transitional times happen when I go on vacation. I can still remember that trip to Las Vegas last January didn't think I would ever get warm. It was cold and windy there. The bigger surprise here was all the rain.

This month we will begin summer in the USA. It is always an interesting time for most here. Hope you enjoy your winter weather there @sishy7
You have an interesting goal and it seems like something I might try too. More fun than keeping my eyes on the $ as that is not really fun to me.

Yeah, my $ is too slow and it's not really something that I have a complete control of. but the activity number is totally under my control, it adds by one each time *I* post a discussion, a response, or a comment.
you're very close to a big 10k milestone - would be interesting to set a goal of how long do you want to take to get there...
