Are you married or alive?

You have it all wrong - it can go both ways. Some people are happy when they find love and get married, and some people are unhappy when they are single and alone.

I think that no one can say that all married people are happy or that all married people are unhappy. I was happily married for about 40 years. I have seen people who should not have married at all.

You definitely have it wrong. Some married people are happy some are unhappy. Same with single people. Its not one way or the other.

With marriage life, both parties have to put in their best to make it work. I often refer marriage as a gamble because you don't really know what you will get yourself into. But if there is love I'm sure you can conquer all the hurdles in your marriage life.

It is how you see your life as being happy or unhappy regardless of whether you are married or single.

I am not married yet but I plan on being so in the next couple of years. As our relationship is very good and we both work hard at keeping it that way, I see no reason that should change. I know people both married and unmarried who are happy and who are unhappy. I don't think your relationship status makes a difference a much as the relationship itself and if you're happy in other ways.

Happily married for 10 years and it's the best thing that happened to me.

@kakon143 There are people out there that have happy marriages. I just did not happen to be one of them so am glad I am free.

It seems to me the person who is not happy with his life peronally is just not happy. It has nothing to do with the marriage it has to do with himself. I think consuling would help or talk to a friend about how you are feeling. Please keep me informed. Thank You God Bless
