We all know Crimes increase day by day. Open a newspaper, from its first page to last page, it only telling you about crime. No news paper or tv channel gives you useful information. Because it's natural due to high crime rate. Some crimes have also done on juvenile, its causes decrease in mental ability with lots of mental problems. So how we contribute to society to decrease crime rate. Any suggestions????????
