I did not struggle with a sweet tooth today. I was good and that was great. I had oxtails with rice and peas for lunch. I got the small one and what I could not finish I tossed out. I had no snack between my meal. Tonight I will have an apple. I drank water and wine today.
I am on day two of my low sugar diet. I will be down at least10 pounds if I can complete the month.

@ShaylovesKay Eat lots of veggie salads and less of everything else. You will lose weight.
