I Run 10 Kilometers Today

Three years ago when I made 21 kilometers in Milo Marathon.
That was the last. I'm the laziest man to run after that marathon.
Determined to participate in Milo Marathon 2017 in 21K or 42K (if my assessment of myself is positive) I need to practice for that event. The previous days are 3K and 5K but I know that wouldn't be enough.
So today I pushed myself for a higher level of practice. I run 10 kilometers today around the route in our town. It took me 1 hour and 14 minutes to complete the route. I started at 5:30AM and I came home almost 7AM.
I was so exhausted but felt so proud of myself today.
This is just the other step in finishing the race.

@ilocosboy _Best to pace yourself in training and not over train which will result in peaking ahead of the race and resulting in a poorer performance.

Not really fast track because I have two months more to go but I have to do a long run before as a preparation.

thank you, I cannot yet run fast but what I'm doing now is for endurance training so I can run in longer time.

@ilocosboy I agree. I think we need to increase our endurance first.
