I want to lose weight there has been no stamina,i want to lose weight,just out burst of the spirit.i like food,resist the temptation of delicious treats.l don't like to exercise for weight lose that is trouble.l looking for both can lose weight and way to eat

Try using organic Apple cider vineger. One sip three times a day. It worked for me. If you can't take the taste of it then try mixing it with a glass of water each time and drink it all.
