I Stood Up To All Of Them Today

I swear when I have had enough I have had enough! I went out today and I bought ammo and I intended to get a job done. First, I called this Travis guy again because he is supposed to be over spraying the neighborhoods for mosquitoes , nope just got voice mail, I left another message, tomorrow I will call again. Three strikes and he is out and that is when I will go to the next higher in line. Next, I took Harley and put him out by the oak tree, he was lonely. and I went to town, came back and no Harley anywhere but Roscoe was still here, I came inside and had an early dinner and while eating I heard him barking in the back yard?!?!? I went outside after eating and called Harley, he barked from the back yard again. I armed myself well. I sprayed all of my clothing before putting it on with a good coat of Off insect repellent, next was a hat and I sprayed it as well. I went and took Roscoe off his tether and he came with me to look for Harley, he was in the backyard but just on the other side of the fence, so I grabbed the leash and walk the two blocks to get him, he came to me and I leashed him, we walked back home and then I walked both around the fields a couple times. I wanted to work outside, do anything outside! since the rain stopped, I reapplied the Off and I put scope minty mouthwash on my face, to keep the skeeters away. Me and Roscoe went blackberry pickin! I got almost a quart before the mosquitoes discovered I did not have anything on my ears and fingers. I fed both dogs and came in to finish what I had started, the war against those skeeters, I checked the rain forecast and that stopped me they showed a little more rain coming, Fear me skeeters because Momma got herself a spankin brand new one gallon sprayer for that new bottle of Ortho bug be gone spray. So to help my babies I took a new bottle of scope and coated the dogs, they do not much like it but it does repel the skeeters somewhat. Now who did I stand up to? The mosquitoes, they have had me a prisoner in my house. I am also wondering who trespassed today and took Harley off the new chain I just bought. I twist that goes in the ground was gone and the chain. There is absolutely no way the dog undone himself. So how was your evening?
