A Day Without Coffee Is Like ...

For me that old saying is true, "A day without coffee is like a day without sunshine". I don't think I could survive a day without my coffee.
I have worked really hard to cut down on how much I drink a day but I certainly could not stop drinking it altogether.
How would I become alive and a thinking person without the caffeine rush of my morning coffee? How could I sit down and write without my trusty cup of coffee by my side?
It may sound like I am addicted and yes, I admit that I am, but I am loving the addiction. Call me crazy but I would rather give up anything for my coffee.
Are there other folks out there in myLot land addicted to coffee and loving it?

@HazySue ..He said one cup of coffee a day is ok but another cup or more is not good for me because he knows that I usually got palpitation and hard breathing if drinking too much coffee

@m_audrey6788 if it is affecting you in that way I would limit it to one cup a day.

I have a coffee and Dr. Pepper addiction. They do the same thing for me in the morning. But I can't drink coffee after about 10a. Then it is Pepper for me.

I developed the coffee habit during my university years. I have tried to break the habit. Not because I think drinking coffee is bad. It's a matter of will power. Can I be strong and give up something I really enjoy? The answer is NO! I've tried. I'm weak. I wake up every morning with purposeful intent to get a cup of coffee to start my day. But if I'm trying to resist and I get a smell of coffee wafting through the air, my will power is crushed. I totally give in. Gotta have my java!

I can't survive a day without coffee. A day without coffee is incomplete. Coffee is so "COFFEE".

I think I have one cup a day -- and sometimes an iced coffee too. We always have pot going -- I just made a new one, actually.
