We should just keep ourselves calm and would never let anything bother us..but that's pretty difficult ..I know
Stay Calm as much as possible

I use to suffer from anxiety, depression, and so much more.
I use to be on so many medications....
And I know how it is to feel that way and to deal with this issue. I am sorry that anyone has to deal with this.
As of now, I am no longer on medications...do not suffer from depression, anxiety and so forth.
When I was diagnosed, I had a lot of stress in my life and just did not know how to deal with it.
I started walking, going out and absorbing nature... the peace and beauty...I started writing in a journal, and what really helped me to kick it in the butt....I started to forgive others and myself for everything....Sounds corny, but I am telling you....I reached out to everyone who I felt that I hurt and asked them to forgive me. Even if they didn't deserve it, this is what worked for me and it allowed me to truly forgive myself.
