This is a brilliance , Man made marvel! It has all the more in it to be on top of your travel list. I was just browsing around for a place to celebrate my anniversary, I was astonished to come across this place. It is the Hanging Gardens in Bali, situated right in the middle of a deep forest. You are in the nature's own territory which imposes such a relaxation for your mind & body. The best thing here is the two layered swimming pool looking with a view peeping into the forest, who would say NO to take a dive deep in.

Even I had the eery feeling of getting to higher altitudes, a few trips made get accustomed to it. May be you can try a few trips to places at slightly higher altitudes to dust off your fear.

I know you meant to show me something beautiful and I appreciate the thought. But the way they ruined this place, driving wildlife from their homes just so that human could "appreciate nature" in a more comfortable surrounding is horrible. Is there no end to our pride and our cruelty?!

I hope it did not impose any problems for the animal habitat. As much as we do for building a resort here, one things we will have to make sure is that it doe not create an ecological imbalance.

@everloving I appreciate your country's .actions in avoiding human interference but look at the end result and the original....it is totally artificial and you've killed animal as a result. Why not imitate the jungle and make the pools in that city-based environment?
I don't really blame you. It's humankind that thinks it is superior to the animals. What a joke. Human emotions place us far below the animals in our greed and quest for wealth of a material nature.

@dragon54u : The city's life is very chaotic, that's why people want to sneak in to remote locations as this. This is common across all countries, its human's instinct to make the most of any situation. Commercialising these places is not bad but will have to make sure that it wreaks no havoc to the mother nature.

with that scenery, wouldn't you be afraid to fall off from the first pool to the lower one? It looks cool and calm but I am afraid of heights.

Even if you are falling you will only fall in the water. My bet would go for this place.
