Please suggest tips and exercises to get rid of constipation

I work for around 10 hours a day and most of the time sitting in front of the computer.
I do have a routine and I go for morning work and do exercises. However, I do suffer from constipation very often. I have tried a lot of things but didn't get a complete solution.
Kindly suggest a diet, exercise and other tips to get rid of this annoying problem.

More water of course @hmehra18 ; prunes, salads and eat slower so the digestive process has an opportunity to work correctly. You may want to check with your doctor to make sure you don't have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome).

Except for the advice you have got here, I have found Chia Seeds very helpful.. I put 1 - 2 teaspoons in yogurt or almost any food, I often add them in the evening and let them soak over night, or at least an hout.. They have no special taste.. Why not do a search..there is a lot of info online..

In my advice to you since I suffered the same problem, just walk in the morning. Drink a lot of water, eat mangoes or different kinds of fruits and then vegeables..I would recommend moringa for you.
