Puppy training

I got myself a black boxer puppy when she was 10 weeks old. She is now 5 months old, almost 6 months.She is a great dog and seems smart. I have taught her sit, stay, shake, lay down, roll over, high five...but I am having issues with potty training.I have learned that she will go to the door and stare me down, she doesn't whine or anything and that is her cue when she has to go out.
But, if I am not in sight, she will go into her crate and pee, or on her bed and pee...and she will go to the back door and poop.
I praise her, I give her treats, I try to constantly take her out...any suggestions?

@Shavkat
Thank you :)
I do take her on walks, and we have a local park that has a big fenced in area and I let her run. I know she is still a puppy...I forgot that it is pretty much like having a two-year-old.

@melissaneal It is nice to unleash them in a close fence.

Thank you, I know as soon as I wake up she does well...we go right out and she goes. I just have to keep my eye on her, or she will go in the house...either in her bed or her cage...Which I think is ironic, because I thought they wouldn't go where they sleep.

@Rhombus Thank you, I thought about putting her food bowl in her crate...maybe that will help a bit.

Do you use wee wee pads? I found they help a bit.
She is still young- So you praise her when she goes out?
Try to tell her NO (IF you catch her in the middle of doing it and run her outside right away and then praise outside)
So she gets the idea that you unhappy with in the house and Happy with the outside.
she will get the hang of it.. my girl is 1 and 1/2 and she will sometimes still go inside if she gets excited. She literally sits by the back door and will beg me to go out what seems like almost constantly - often I tell her you just went out or you just got back in.. but really when I let her out.. she runs out there and pees again every time.. I think they just don't have good bladder control for a while.. lol

I was using pee pads, but was told by the vet that they will think that it is ok to go in the house with them...so I quit using them...even though it made my life alot easier...lol...And when she goes out and does her business...I praise her and give her treats.
I have heard that they don't have much control of their bladder when they are puppies...so I guess we will eventually get the hang of it.

I don't have any suggestions for puppy training. My daughter just got a black lab puppy and will be going through the same thing (he's 10 weeks old)

Prepare her lol...I forgot how much it was like having a 2-year-old around...I love my puppy, but it requires a lot of time, and most of all patience
