The best advice I can give you is to have a read through the MyLot FAQ's and Guidelines. It will help to learn about this site more.
As for earning money, make some interesting topics but making sure it's not copied from someone else.
Do your best to join in on other discussions so people start to recognise you. And also do your best to answer everyone who answers you. It shows that you take the time to read and respond back. Which means a higher chance of them giving you the same respect back.
Remember that you do not get paid for YOUR activity. You get paid for the activity you get from others. So the more you join in and participate, the better.
